This intelligent integrated valve driver utilizes a servo motor and a quantitative pump to replace the servo valve. This motor control method adopts a closed hydraulic system, which controls the direction and flow rate of the bidirectional pump pressure oil output by adjusting the direction and speed of the stepper motor or servo motor, and precisely regulates the controlled object. The electro-hydraulic integrated valve driving device has a simple structure, fewer components, and precise control.

The core components of an intelligent integrated driver include a valve drive module and a control module. After receiving the upper command, the valve driving module controls the pump operation of the valve driving device, and the pressure oil outputs and flows into the piston chamber to drive the gear operation, controlling the opening and closing of the valve. The control module is mainly used for integrating and analyzing information of various devices, and monitoring the operation status of each valve based on actual collected data information.

Compared with traditional separated valve drive devices, intelligent integrated valve drive devices have added components such as valve position indicators, various control valve plates, independent motor pumps, and oil tanks. By controlling the valve plate, the flow direction of the pressure oil pump is changed to achieve valve rotation. The valve position indicator monitors and indicates the valve opening and closing status and position information through on-site sensor collection.

Hydraulic valve actuators have advantages that cannot be compared to electric and pneumatic control methods, and are increasingly being used in various industrial controls. Both transmission separation and intelligent integrated structures have their own advantages, and each engineer will choose a cost-effective control method based on the specific application they are facing.
